The implementation process for Tranche 2 of Allocatie 2.0 can be started during the NEDU General Meeting of Members of 15 December 2021. The NEDU General Meeting of Members will be asked to approve the entry documents for this new project. Besides the Project Initiation Document (PID), this will involve all documentation for compiling new or modified messages. When drawing up this entry documentation, the work groups used the latest insights to compile 2 Requests for Change (RFC’s). They were approved during the NEDU General Meeting of Members of 3 November.
RFC 276.1 ‘Update o.b.v. werkgroep C1 en codewijzigingsvoorstel’
The implementation of RFC 276.1 ‘Update o.b.v. inzichten vanuit de berichtenwerkgroep C1 en de actuele versie van het codewijzigingsvoorstel’ (‘Update based on insights of messages work group C1 and the current version of the code change proposal’) has allowed several goals to be realised:
- Issue IC276 ‘Alloceren GV-TMT en KV-SMA per energierichting’ (‘Allocating GV-TMT and KV-SMA per energy direction’) has been brought in line with choices made in messages work group C1 of the Design Authority programme Allocatie 2.0, and with Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and Business Services.
- IC276 has been brought in line with the latest version of the code change proposal.
- A number of minor errors have been removed from IC276.
Besides approving this RFC, version 2.0 of IC276 was also completed.
RFC 253.1 ‘Uitbreiden reden ontstane verschillen’
The Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) wants to receive a periodic (monthly or quarterly) report which offers an insight into the number of telemetric corrections that have been caused by an inaccurate transfer ratio. This was highlighted in the joint acceleration approach of Netbeheer Nederland and Vereniging Meetbedrijven Nederland in relation to non-conformity and the E64 issue concerning transfer ratios. However, this is not possible using the existing metering correction report (MCR) for issues IC237 (‘Consultation metering errors for large-scale consumers’) and IC253 (‘Expansion metering correction report’), and the existing C-ARM reports. However, the introduction of RFC 253.1 ‘Uitbreiden reden ontstane verschillen’ (‘Expansion reason encountered differences’) will make this possible. The issue will be modified using the text proposed in the RFC.
Besides approving this RFC, version 2.0 of IC253 was also completed.
