On 23 March, a successful information session was organised about Theme release 2021 (TR2021), which is the first tranche of Allocatie 2.0. The construction process for the Centralisation Allocation Reconciliation and Metering data (C-ARM) programme and the Market-Market Communication (MMC) Hub is going according to plan.
The online information session attracted a record number of participants. At a particular moment, 129 people tuned in for the presentation, which started with an insight into the programme structure. This was followed by an explanation about the current status of the Allocatie 2.0 programme, in terms of planning as well as specific changes to the scope.
After the general explanation about Allocatie 2.0, the various speakers addressed specific aspects of the TR2021 implementation. What are the issues, Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), message definitions and service descriptions, and what is the impact on central systems? But C-ARM, the MMC Hub, the testing process, transition, monitoring and planning were also addressed.
Information on mijnNEDU
The project team really enjoyed the information session and wants to thank all participants. The information sheets and the Q&A (both in English) have been placed on mijnNEDU in the meantime.

Construction and internal testing
The construction process for C-ARM and the MMC Hub is going according to plan. Internal testing between C-ARM and the MMC Hub has started, and the feedback has been promising. So, it is currently “all systems go”. The Lead Group Transition is currently trying to fine-tune the introduction strategy for the dual phase. The various work groups are working on products that should make the introduction of TR2021 flow as smoothly as possible.
Second tranche Allocatie 2.0
Preparations for the second tranche of Allocatie 2.0 are also in full flow in the meantime. The issues in scope will soon be ready. This will be incorporated separately into the implementation process. There will thus be a new release for the second tranche. The project team will keep you informed via this newsletter.
